This is a great feature if you have a bookkeeper, financial advisor, assistant, or anyone else that you would like to have access to upload or download documents on your behalf.  It will also go over the available security roles you can assign to each user.

 Other Helpful Tips

  • Your username is your email address

  • If you can’t remember your password, or it’s your first time logging in, use the “Forgot password?” button under the login button

  • Enter your cell phone when prompted during your first login for easier sign-ins later
